The role provides Cerner expertise, workflow design, and knowledge transfer to VA stakeholders, while reviewing deliverables, supporting testing, and managing tickets and change requests. The advisor will collaborate with Oracle Health and VA teams on workflow optimization, training, and go-live support, with expertise in Referral Management and Community Care.</p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of professional work experience</li><li>Plans, designs, and oversees deployment of complex enterprise-wide or large-scale information architectures, including computer hardware and software, operating systems, middleware, communications hardware/software, and security components</li><li>Ensures systems are compatible and compliant with standards for open systems architectures as they apply to complex information management solutions</li><li>Identifies necessary interfaces between enterprise solution applications and legacy IT environments</li><li>Supports program/project planning and milestone development</li><li>Conducts business case analysis, identifies alternative solutions, and assesses resulting business impacts</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements)</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferred Millennium experience on code levels 2018 or higher</li><li>Understanding of Cerner Model recommendations preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Cerner Referral Management and Community Care Solution configuration</li><li>Experience independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software in a healthcare/clinical environment</li><li>Skilled in analysis and development of Current/Future State workflows</li><li>Experience managing functional validation and end-user testing for Cerner (or other EHR) and integrated third-party solutions</li><li>Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively</li><li>Experience performing feasibility analysis on potential future projects and providing recommendations to management</li><li>Experience supporting identification of root causes, courses of action, and solutions for incident or response efforts</li><li>Experience leveraging ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box features to customize reports and solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate and escalate tickets</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, analysis, and organizational skills</li><li>Experience facilitating reviews, evaluating scenarios for stakeholder impact, and collaborating with Solution Experts on optimization and effective change</li><li>VA experience preferred</li><li>Experience implementing Electronic Health Records</li></ul><p><strong>Eligibility:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong><br>Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
