This role is focused on driving customer retention and subscription revenue growth through proactive renewal management and consultative engagement. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring timely renewals while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term value creation. Acting as a key commercial contact, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and guide them through renewal decisions. The role requires strong coordination across internal teams, including sales, customer success, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of subscription cycles. You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where pipeline management and forecasting accuracy are essential. Success in this role depends on strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted customer relationships.


Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for managing subscription renewals and driving customer retention while identifying growth opportunities across your assigned portfolio:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer renewals, ensuring on-time execution and revenue retention
  • Engage customers proactively to understand usage, needs, and renewal requirements
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM data management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support deal execution
  • Communicate with stakeholders to guide renewal decisions and address objections
  • Monitor account health and ensure consistent follow-up to drive deal progression

Requirements:
You bring experience in customer-facing sales or renewals roles, with strong commercial and organizational capabilities:

  • 4–6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
  • Experience working with enterprise or complex B2B customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management practices
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to subscription-based or SaaS sales models is highly preferred
