This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility to work from home. While remote, Buxton maintains an open-door policy at our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, and our secondary location in Boca Raton, FL. These offices are available for employees who enjoy in-office collaboration or prefer a hybrid work environment. Occasional travel to the Fort Worth office may be required for key team events or meetings.

The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $75,000 with a target annual OTE of $150,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
