One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Implementation Engineer in the United States.

As a Software Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling seamless robotic delivery operations as the company expands into new cities. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to build internal tools, configuration interfaces, and runbooks that streamline deployment and tuning of robotic fleets. Your expertise will help translate field insights into technical solutions, ensuring each new market launch is efficient and scalable. This role requires strong software development skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Travel to emerging markets will be part of your work to provide hands-on launch support.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain internal user interfaces and APIs for managing city-specific data sets, configurations, and feature flags
  • Explore autonomy, mapping, and fleet management codebases to identify tunable parameters and document safe adjustment procedures
  • Collaborate with expansion operations teams to convert field feedback into parameter changes and rapid issue resolutions
  • Scope and estimate technical work alongside project management for rollout planning and risk assessment
  • Create comprehensive runbooks and dashboards to ensure repeatability and observability of deployments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, with proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python
  • Minimum 1 year of experience writing SQL for analytics, ETL, or configuration management
  • Experience building internal tools or admin interfaces focused on safe configuration management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex engineering concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time to support launches in new markets
