What You Will Work On
Help us decide what to build next! You will partner with our founders and team to identify and prioritize new features.
Design and implement user-facing features that make FlutterFlow more intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use.
Bridge the gap between design and engineering by translating mockups and user research into high-quality, interactive experiences.
Optimize user workflows and identify friction points in the platform, working to continuously improve the user journey.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of UX improvements.
Help solve complex UX problems and mentor team members on user experience best practices.
Who You Are
5+ years of real-world full-time experience developing or implementing modern web applications, with proficiency in Flutter, Javascript, React or other modern web technologies.
Strong experience in building and implementing user interfaces with a focus on user experience and usability.
You write high-quality front end code that is readable and reliable, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.
You have a start-up mentality; you understand shipping a feature early and learning from the result is more important than perfecting it.
You are always willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when the team needs help.
Willing to travel 4-6 times per year for team summits, including 1-2 international trips.
