Accountabilities:

• Design and implement scalable solutions that drive key revenue streams and future monetization opportunities.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to ship high-quality features across platforms.
• Guide technical strategy for new initiatives while ensuring alignment with company-wide systems and goals.
• Lead and contribute to the development of products from concept to deployment, maintaining performance at scale.
• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure technical excellence across major, high-impact projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer in high-scale environments.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: web (React, TypeScript), Android (React Native, Kotlin), iOS (React Native, Swift, Objective-C), or backend (Python, Elixir).
• Demonstrated success leading initiatives from inception to launch.
• Experience building product features for large-scale or real-time applications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with an understanding of both product and design.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and deliver impactful solutions.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator with a focus on results and long-term scalability.
