You will support high-impact projects like enhancing our internal CLI, building AI-assisted developer tools, and integrating automation across our platform.

  • Evaluate, prototype, and integrate AI-powered developer tools that improve productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Build and enhance internal APIs to support cross-team automation, integrations, and developer platform capabilities.

  • Monitor, iterate, and improve tools post-deployment to ensure performance, usability, and adoption across the organization.

  • Collaborate with all engineering and business operations teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that remove friction.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on internal tools, developer productivity, or platform engineering.

  • Proficiency in Python for tooling, automation, and API development.

  • Experience with full-stack development (React, TypeScript, or similar) for internal dashboards or web-based tools.

  • Proven track record using or integrating AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain) in a professional setting.

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and developer platform best practices (GitHub Actions, automated testing, deployment pipelines).

Nice to Have’s:

  • Experience with Slack bot development and Slack API integrations.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi) and AWS environments.

  • Knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, Sentry) for performance monitoring.

  • Contributions to open-source developer tools projects.

  • Exposure to multi-environment architecture and internal API gateways.

Typical Process (May vary depending on role):

  • Recruiter Video Call

  • Hiring Manager Video Call

  • Take Home Assignment

  • Virtual “onsite” consisting of 3 rounds

  • Reference Checks

  • Offer!

Benefits :

  • Work wherever you want! As a fully remote company with no central office, we want you to work wherever you are happiest and most productive. Whether that’s out of your home, a co-working space, or elsewhere.

  • Competitive cash and equity compensation in a hyper growth, early stage company 🚀.

  • Stipend to set-up your ideal working environment.

  • Competitive Benefit Plans for employees based on your location (e.g. in the US we offer: Medical, dental and vision benefits and the ability to contribute to a 401k plan).

  • Unlimited PTO.
