Location: Remote. Must overlap with US Eastern/Central time zones

Company: Introzy (subsidiary of Sanguine Technology Solutions)

Type: Full-time or contractor-to-hire

About Us

Sanguine is the parent company behind Introzy, our core product — a multi-app platform (including Funlz and Profylz) designed to unify networking, workflow, and productivity. We’re an early-stage company moving fast to deliver value, with a lean engineering team, clear priorities, and a culture that embraces AI as a core development partner.

We’re standardizing on a simple, vanilla, AI-friendly stack: React, Node.js with Express, PostgreSQL, AWS, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD. Our goal is to build reliable, scalable systems that are easy to extend and maintain while shipping quickly.

About Sanguine Technology Solutions

Sanguine Technology Solutions is the technology engine of the Sanguine portfolio, 2024 Inc. 5000 #94. Its mission is to build category-defining software that addresses high-friction, high-value problems for small and mid-sized businesses. From partner operations (Introzy) and intelligent surveys (Funlz) to AI-powered automation and custom SaaS, STS delivers tools that help businesses grow faster, with more clarity and less chaos.

The Role

Own partner integrations end-to-end. You’ll design, build, and maintain integrations and automations across APIs, webhooks, and OAuth. This role is hands-on with high ownership and direct impact on product velocity as we ship Introzy 2.0.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Introzy’s external developer platform: public APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and MCPs with strong auth, versioning, documentation, and examples to enable partners and customers to build their own integrations

  • Build and maintain partner integrations and data syncs via REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows

  • Design resilient integration patterns: retries, backoff, idempotency, rate limiting, and observability

  • Create internal tooling and admin surfaces for monitoring, replays, and customer support

  • Collaborate with Product/CS on integration requirements, scopes, and customer rollouts

  • Establish clear contracts and versioning for integrations using OpenAPI and typed clients

  • Contribute across the stack when needed (React UI for setup, Node jobs, SQL migrations)

Our Stack and Tools

  • TypeScript, Node.js/Express, React, PostgreSQL

  • Auth/Authz: Clerk (using built-in OAuth providers initially). Webhooks. Message queue: Redis. Background jobs

  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions. Hosting on Render and modern PaaS

  • Analytics/telemetry: Segment, Sentry, Amplitude

Example Integrations

  • CRM: HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce

  • E‑Sign and CLM: DocuSign

  • Communications and Scheduling: Google Workspace (Gmail/Calendar)

  • Marketing Automation and Social/Ads: partner tools as prioritized

  • Contacts Import: common address book and CSV sources

  • Payments: partner payment providers as prioritized

These map to our current categories: CRM, E‑Sign/CLM, Communications API, Scheduling, Marketing Automation, Social/Ads, Contacts Import, and Payments. We’ll stage builds based on impact, mutual customers, and engineering effort.

  • CRM and workflow: HubSpot, Attio

  • Agreements and documents: DocuSign

  • Automation platforms: Zapier and webhooks-first partners

  • Future: calendar/email connectors, billing, and additional PRM/PLG tooling

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years building production integrations or platform services in TypeScript/Node or similar

  • Strong fluency with OAuth, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, and backoff/idempotency patterns

  • Solid SQL fundamentals and comfort designing schemas for sync, audit, and replay

  • Pragmatic approach to reliability: logging, tracing, metrics, alarms, and customer-facing status

  • Excellent written communication and bias to action in a lean, high-ownership environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with React for integration setup UIs and admin tools

  • Prior work with Segment, Sentry, and Amplitude

  • Experience defining OpenAPI specs and generating clients

  • Background jobs and queues at scale; data migration playbooks

Why Join

  • Direct ownership of a critical product surface with executive visibility

  • Ship fast on a modern, straightforward stack; lean team with clear priorities

  • Opportunity to shape Introzy’s Integration Platform and best practices from the ground up
