Attadale Partners, LLC is seeking to fill multiple Software Engineering II (2-4 years of experience) roles to join our team serving successful organizations and government agencies. As a management consulting firm, we are always looking for talented individuals to help improve our clients' businesses through technology. We have an opportunity to lead enterprise contact center transformation from legacy to modern AWS Connect and Lex powered architecture. In this role, you will be embedded in cross-functional teams with business leaders, senior engineers, and ML engineers to transform legacy business communications, data collection and analysis reporting. In addition, you will support the existing systems to ensure performance during the transition period.

This role can be remote or hybrid (Chicago), and is open to applicants already with the authority to work in the US. Unfortunately for these roles, we cannot sponsor new or transfer existing H-1B work visas, no matter how minimal the sponsorship appears.

The Software Engineer will have specific responsibilities including for designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and testing customer contact pipelines within Amazon Connect. Applicants must have at least two years experience with Typescript/JavaScript, AWS Connect, AWS Lex, AWS Lambda, and cloud deployment to AWS. Additional complimentary Full Stack experience should be highlighted.

Amazon Connect, technologies and applications using technologies such as ASP.Net Core 3.x, ASP.Net Framework 4.x, ASP.Net Web forms, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2008+, Visual Basic, JavaScript, CSS, NVC, C#, and APIs. You must be experienced working in an Agile environment and working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

This is an early career level role requiring between 2-4 years experience. Attadale seeks motivated individuals with between two and four years experience who have the drive to deliver operational excellence, and advance their careers by demonstrating outstanding programming skills, collegial team collaboration, and the following experience and skills:

  • Experienced with telephony systems infrastructure modernization programs
  • Two years of experience with in the Amazon Connect environment, including:
    • Typescript/JavaScript
    • AWS Connect, AWS Lex, AWS Lambda
    • Cloud deployment to AWS.
  • Up to four years work experience designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and testing software and applications in the preferred languages and environments
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum and the traditional Agile sprint work schedules
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions
  • Work closely with other team members such as data analysts, business analysts, and system architects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
  • Appropriate Amazon certifications are encouraged as an indicator of competency and your commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preference is given to applicants located in the Chicago area. Work is remote, but may become hybrid and candidates should be willing to adjust to a hybrid schedule, if required.
