We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</div>What You’ll Do  <div class="p-rich_text_section">As a Software Engineer II with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting our digital product suite, with a focus on scale, stability and delightful user experiences for our clinical team and members. You will:</div><ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using React and Node.js</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build scalable and efficient APIs that support web and mobile applications</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Take a data-driven, iterative approach to building our digital products and enabling our teams to provide quality care to our members</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Communicate technical and non-technical audiences to understand goals and translate them into technical architecture and requirements</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Once project requirements are defined, manage cross-functional partnerships with data, product, etc., to communicate on requirements and deliver on new application functionality </li></ul> What You Bring & How You Qualify <div class="p-rich_text_section">First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve.
