This role is designed for a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of modern web development and generative AI innovation.
You will contribute across the entire application stack, building scalable, high-performance digital products used in real-time interactive environments.
The position emphasizes hands-on development of both frontend and backend systems, with a strong focus on AI-driven features and automation.
You will work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment alongside product, engineering, and design teams.
A key part of the role involves integrating GenAI and agentic AI tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance product capabilities.
You will help shape user experiences that are responsive, intelligent, and built for scale in production environments.
Accountabilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Build and optimize real-time interactive experiences such as virtual environments and live user presence features
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, and Python
- Create responsive and modern user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Integrate generative AI and agentic AI tools to improve workflows, automation, and product functionality
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams and contribute to design implementation using Figma
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and user/session management systems
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, high concurrency, and low latency
- Translate product requirements into production-ready technical solutions
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams
- Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and software engineering best practices
- Evaluate and integrate new AI tools while ensuring compliance and proper usage standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Express, and modern backend frameworks
- Practical experience integrating GenAI tools and agentic AI systems (Claude, GPT, Llama or similar)
- Familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus
- Experience working with Figma and collaborating on UI/UX design implementation
- Strong understanding of scalable system design, performance optimization, and secure architecture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to document technical solutions clearly
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to independently drive projects end to end
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new tools, frameworks, and AI technologies
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile product development environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus
- Understanding of AI licensing, compliance, and governance considerations is a plus
