You will work on complex backend and full-stack projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, high-performing solutions. As a technical leader within your pod, you will mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and help drive continuous improvement across infrastructure, tooling, and code quality. • Lead the design and development of complex backend or full-stack features, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define project scope, requirements, and delivery timelines
• Implement and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer tooling to improve efficiency and code quality
• Contribute to infrastructure, cloud architecture, and data pipeline enhancements using modern technologies
• Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and best practices
• Ensure systems meet high standards of observability, security, and operational reliability
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide input to improve platform design and maintainability

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology environments
• Strong experience with distributed systems, API design, and backend development (Python, Go, Java)
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (TypeScript, React, Next.js) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools
• Experience with data processing frameworks (Snowflake, Spark, SQL), ETL pipelines (Airflow/Glue), and streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as DataDog, Grafana, and CloudWatch
• Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2/SAML, encryption, tokenization)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to mentor and guide peers
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with architectural foresight and system-level thinking

• Competitive salary: $120,000–$185,000 USD based on experience and skills
