Software Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and backend systems, including both new and legacy platforms.
• Apply creative and reliable problem-solving to meet user and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze system flows, data usage, and workflow processes to design software solutions.
• Ensure software solutions meet high standards of security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, solutions, and codebases.
• Participate in a remote, results-focused work environment.

• 5+ years of enterprise software development experience in the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET Web API/Core, ASP.NET MVC/Core).
• Experience with distributed or service-oriented architectures, asynchronous workflows, messaging systems, logging, and observability.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of classic software design and architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, automated unit testing, and dependency injection.
• Experience with cloud development (AWS or Microsoft Azure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience (10+ years).
• Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), upgrading Angular applications, healthcare software development experience, and designing Microsoft technology solutions on AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, SNS, SQS).
