Accountabilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Create, oversee, and review high-quality content including visuals, videos, and copy using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Build and manage structured monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives, campaigns, and timelines.
- Lead brand storytelling, tone of voice development, and audience engagement strategies for multiple clients.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct social listening and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Manage client communication, reporting, and presentation of campaign results and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee workflows and approvals using social media management tools such as Loomly or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Social Media Managers to ensure high performance and continuous development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital or creative agency environment.
- Proven success in growing social media audiences and driving high engagement across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and digital audience behavior.
- Advanced content creation skills including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
