and media</li><li>Lead platform expansion and optimization, including launching DataHub on new channels</li><li>Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic social media training and enablement</li></ul><h3><strong>Community Engagement & Social Listening</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct ongoing social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry conversations, and competitive intelligence</li><li>Actively participate in relevant conversations from DataHub's brand accounts</li><li>Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and build relationships</li><li>Identify opportunities for DataHub to contribute value to industry discussions</li><li>Monitor and respond to customer feedback and community sentiment</li></ul><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>4+ years of B2B social media marketing experience</strong>, preferably in technology, developer tools, or open source companies</li><li><strong>Proven track record</strong> managing social media for companies with demonstrable growth metrics</li><li><strong>Platform expertise</strong> with LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit, including deep understanding of algorithm changes and best practices</li><li><strong>Strong copywriting skills</strong> with portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging content for technical audiences</li><li><strong>Data-driven mindset</strong> with experience using analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI</li><li><strong>Project management experience</strong> coordinating multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and external contractors</li><li><strong>Portfolio required:</strong> Please include 3-5 examples of successful social media
