We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating high-quality content, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business objectives.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals;
• Conduct market research and analyze audience insights to optimize campaigns and engagement;
• Plan and create engaging, high-quality content tailored for each platform;
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and team members to ensure brand consistency;
• Analyze social media metrics and create detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI;
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness;
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices;
• Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies to enhance audience engagement.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (1-3 years);
• Experience in affiliate marketing and trading is an advantage;
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok);
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite);
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools;
• Creativity and attention to detail;
• English proficiency (C1-C2 level) is required;
• Additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian are a plus.
