For marketers at restaurants and quick-service brands, reliably acquiring new customers is incredibly tough. Traditionally, they rely heavily on platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok - channels that often leave them uncertain about true ad effectiveness and provide minimal control over acquisition costs for quality customers or "regulars". Marketers frequently express a strong desire to better understand and control store traffic while shifting spend away from these costly, opaque channels.

We’re looking for a social-savvy intern to join our marketing team and help us grow our influencer network from the ground up.
You’ll play a key role in top-of-funnel outreach — identifying creators, pitching them on Claim, and supporting our team in building scalable systems for creator discovery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about creators, Gen-Z culture, and early-stage startups. You’ll work closely with the our Creator Partnerships & Community Lead and get a behind-the-scenes look at how an influencer campaign runs end-to-end.
Sourcing and curating lists of high-potential creators (5K–250K followers) across social platforms
Curating weekly lists of creators across TikTok and Instagram using keywords, trends, and niche communities
Crafting personalized DMs and outreach messages to connect with creators
Organizing leads and tracking responses via Notion and Google Sheets
This is a remote part-time role with a 4-5 hour/day commitment (20-25 hours/week). Our ideal candidate lives in NYC but it’s not a deal breaker.
Are deeply familiar with Gen-Z social media culture
Already follow a lot of influencers, content creators, and brand collabs
Has a strong eye for identifying creators who align well with the brand and can drive meaningful engagement
Are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in Notion/Google Sheets
Want to learn how influencer programs run at a fast-growing startup
Are an active Claim user
Have worked with a creator program, ambassador team, or influencer campaign
You’re love creating content and have a few viral Reels/TikTok videos
