Social Media Coordinator

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will support the development and execution of social media strategies while ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content across all digital channels.

Create engaging static and video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Develop clear and strategic creative briefs for external agency partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
Plan, manage, and execute the social media content calendar in collaboration with marketing and brand teams.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams to support launches and integrated campaigns.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented social media professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving digital environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with social media analytics tools such as Meta Insights or Google Analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with agency collaboration and cross-functional marketing workflows is preferred.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
Interest or experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or eCommerce brands is a strong advantage.
