The House of Mercier is seeking a motivated Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community across various social media platforms. You will take on tasks such as content creation, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics to help drive social media strategies forward.
Responsibilities
- Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
- Engage actively with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor trends and insights in the social media space and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Help track and analyze performance metrics to gauge the success of social media initiatives.
- Assist in the development of promotional content and graphics for social media platforms.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative social media strategies.
Requirements
- Proven interest in social media and digital marketing principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and metrics.
