Develop benchmarks and identify content performance indicators to measure the success of creative across paid & owned channels (social first, but experience across most digital channels preferred)
Conduct social listening reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, using tools such as Sprinklr to track conversation and surface key learnings and opportunities for clients and our strategy and creative teams
Own the monthly & quarterly reporting process across clients, from determining what we should measure and how, through to delivering meaningful stories to clients about content and campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities
Vet new strategy tools for social listening, competitor analysis and audience insights
Help translate business needs & problems into research plans, including desktop research, survey development, conducting focus groups / interviews and research analysis
Liaison for client & agency research partners, building plans as a team & finding optimizations
ABOUT YOU
A minimum of 3-4 years professional experience as an insights strategist, with a focus on social media analytics & reporting (experience across organic content, creator partnerships, and paid performance preferred)
Ability to synthesize data from qualitative and quantitative reports and translate into actionable insights and hunches that will inform creative briefs
Extensive experience across social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Discord) as well as analytic & listening platforms (Sprinklr, SproutSocial, Brandwatch, HootSuite, etc.)
Experience with audience intel platforms & building out audiences & queries preferred (GWI, Mintel, etc.)
