This role is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy sales professional to join a fast-growing, AI-driven travel technology environment focused on transforming how hotels generate direct bookings. You will be responsible for building relationships with small and mid-sized hotel businesses across North America, helping them adopt data-powered tools that improve revenue and reduce reliance on third-party platforms. The position combines outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and full-cycle deal ownership in a highly dynamic, startup-style environment. You will leverage modern sales tools and AI-driven workflows to personalize outreach, accelerate pipeline growth, and close deals effectively. This is a performance-driven role where autonomy, experimentation, and ownership are highly encouraged. You will play a key part in expanding market presence while contributing directly to revenue growth and product adoption.
Accountabilities:- Develop and manage a pipeline of SMB hotel clients through outbound prospecting, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of hotel partners.
- Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, negotiation, proposal creation, and closing deals.
- Build and execute territory strategies to maximize engagement and conversion across assigned accounts.
- Leverage CRM and sales engagement tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and optimize outreach performance.
- Use data insights and customer pain points to craft compelling, value-driven proposals and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, improve conversion strategies, and support revenue goals.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ad-tech, travel tech, or similar B2B environments.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, manage prospects, and close deals independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments with a strong sense of ownership and resilience.
- Familiarity with or interest in modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Interest in AI-driven sales workflows, automation tools, and data-enhanced selling strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative, high-performance team.
- Bonus: experience in hotel tech, travel tech, eCommerce, or knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler).

- Base salary up to $65,000 with uncapped commission and OTE of $25,000–$30,000.
