All travel requirements are subject to change per the needs of the business.  <span class="EOP SCXW217661007 BCX0" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559738":240,"335559739":240,"335559740":276}">Role Description: As a SFN Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the managing back-end work and communications with our 3PL partners within the SFN team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push operational expectations and expand our partner ecosystem. This role reports to the Director, SFN Operations, who also serves as the backup for this role. What you’ll do: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support the ShipBob SFN Partner Relationship team with data and research to better support the merchant and SFN experience.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage all SFN communications through alignment with stakeholder and managing the Jira ticket request que.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with the B2B team on all B2B Quality Issue communications to be sent to the SFN Partner.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manager ShipBob Supplier Corrective Action requests for SFN Partner sites that are not executing to process. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Utilize PowerBi to collect needed information for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the SFN Lost and Damaged Goods Claim communications process and the sending out of the claims.   </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage IT equipment procurement and warranty information for new SFN Partner pre-implementations. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own the SFN Partner Relationship Jira escalation ticketing process and manage the timelines of completion for the team and other stakeholders. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the SFN Partner Certificate of Insurance portal and outreach to SFN Partners.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage corrugate and packaging material procurement for new SFN Partner pre-implementation.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support SFN Partner Relationship Manager with new SFN Partner pre-implementations which actions such as but not limited to corrugate sourcing, IT equipment procurement, and FMS creation through Monday.com </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage new assigned projects to the SFN Partner Relationship team which includes all timelines, updates, and any extensions.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Comply to all food safety and compliance policies and regulations. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary. </li></ul>What you’ll bring to the table: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Associate’s degree in operations or business, or equivalent work experience.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a partner management, business development, or a related field.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated track record of maintaining and expanding business through communications and time management. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent project management and organizational skills. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and build consensus. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A positive, energetic, “startup mentality” – a desire and willingness to do what it takes to help our company knock our goals out of the park.  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The ability to travel domestically with potential for global travel. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $41,119 - $68,531.
