This role sits at the core of investor operations within a fast-paced financial servicing environment, ensuring seamless communication and execution across investor reporting, servicing transfers, and operational requests. You will lead the day-to-day management of Investor Relations workflows, driving accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all deliverables. Acting as a key coordination point between Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and external partners, you will ensure investor expectations are consistently met. The position combines hands-on operational oversight with team leadership, requiring strong execution discipline and attention to detail. You will also be responsible for monitoring SLAs, identifying risks, and improving processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. This is a highly cross-functional role where precision, accountability, and communication are essential to success.


Accountabilities
  • Oversee daily Investor Relations operations, including investor reporting, servicing transfers, inbound requests, and ad hoc communications, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and completed within SLA requirements.
  • Lead, structure, and develop the IR team by setting priorities, managing workload distribution, tracking performance, and ensuring accountability for deadlines and quality standards.
  • Own end-to-end tracking of investor deliverables by maintaining reporting calendars, centralized dashboards, and workflow systems to ensure timely execution across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and external servicers to resolve requests, gather data, and deliver accurate investor communications.
  • Monitor SLA performance and operational risks, escalating issues when needed and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Support servicing transfer processes by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reporting summaries, operational updates, and supporting materials for senior leadership and investor-facing discussions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in investor relations, loan servicing, capital markets operations, or a related financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of loan servicing operations and investor reporting processes, with experience managing high-volume operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, SLAs, and multiple concurrent priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage investor-facing and internal communications effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with Capital Markets, Legal, or institutional investors is highly valued.
