MoveDocs is looking for a Servicing Associate to add to our dynamic Balance & Verifications team. This role is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with our attorney customers while executing our Balance Verification process.  The successful candidate will be highly motivated to meet and exceed customer experience expectations and daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities:             

  • Works alongside our Servicing, Customer Operations, Total Access and PreCare teams building rapport, developing and fostering relationships with our attorney clients to deliver timely and accurate balance requests and final bill packages.
  • Calculates current and final balance amounts due, provides payment amounts to the attorneys.
  • Creates and assures the accuracy and completeness of accounts in final bill packages.
  • Keeps attorneys updated on the status of their requests according to our follow-up cadence.
  • Handles incoming attorney and provider calls, emails, and tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous record retrieval, collections, sales, account management, or customer service experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required.
  • Paralegal or legal background is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated and desire to build great relationships and exceed monthly goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to handle interactions with attorneys, health providers and sales people.
  • Sound decision-making ability and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage professional and executive relationships.
  • Dependable, professional and good work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific set business goals and monthly quotas.
  • Proficient in Windows system and all Microsoft Office products.
