One of our companies is currently looking for a Services Business Development Manager in the United States.
This role involves driving the sales of implementation services by working closely with product sales and solutions teams to identify opportunities, generate demand, and develop a comprehensive strategy across the professional services portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of service offerings, customer relationships, and the overall sales pipeline, helping to position and negotiate services while ensuring client satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
- Work with sales teams to ensure professional services are included in relevant deals and accurately communicated to prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and various internal teams to manage leads and drive the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate service fees and set clear expectations with customers, ensuring they understand the value and scope of the professional services offered.
- Manage the creation and positioning of Statements of Work, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain an accurate and timely pipeline and forecast data, regularly updating stakeholders on the status of ongoing opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements, process optimizations, and customer insights.
Requirements
- Proven success in selling Professional Services to C-level executives, with a track record of exceeding quotas (3-5+ years of experience preferred).
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), particularly in payments, AR, AP, ERP, or FinTech, is a plus.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and via webinars.
- Highly detail-oriented with advanced listening and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
