In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate complex operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will support the full lifecycle of ServiceNow initiatives, from requirements gathering and process analysis to design, testing, and deployment. Working in an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and end users to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and federal requirements. This position plays a critical role in improving digital workflows, enhancing service delivery, and optimizing platform capabilities across enterprise environments. You will also contribute to documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts. The role offers exposure to a wide range of ServiceNow modules and federal consulting engagements, with opportunities to influence platform strategy and innovation.
Accountabilities:- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects by engaging with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, configure, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops to capture current-state processes, identify pain points, and define optimized future-state workflows.
- Produce functional and technical deliverables including process maps, design documentation, and solution documentation.
- Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and contribute to end-user training and adoption.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and industry trends to support continuous innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Secret security clearance prior to onboarding.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and related deliverables.
- Hands-on or functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, GRC, SPM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps.
- Experience leading client meetings, gathering requirements, and supporting UAT and training activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) and active clearance.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Salesforce, UiPath, or Tableau is a plus.
