We are just starting our implementation of ServiceNow and looking for an experienced admin to help us manage and maintain the ServiceNow environment. This role involves configuring, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform to meet the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) needs and improve operational efficiency.   WHAT YOU’LL DO<ul><li>Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and availability </li><li>Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements </li><li>Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts </li><li>Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow </li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues </li><li>Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning </li><li>Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches </li><li>Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations </li><li>Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices </li><li>Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications </li><li>Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features </li></ul> WHAT YOU’LL BRING<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field </li><li>5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer </li><li>7+ years relevant experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems </li><li>ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Master Architect (CTA/CMA) certifications. </li><li>Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices </li><li>Experience with governance of ServiceNow in medium-large enterprises. </li><li>Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external services.  </li><li>Experience building automations within ServiceNow </li><li>Experience with creating and managing Virtual Agent. </li><li>Experience creating architecture and process flow diagrams and documentation. </li><li>Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management) </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills </li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal </li></ul> BONUS POINTS<ul><li>Additional ServiceNow certifications </li><li>Experience with Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist. </li><li>Experience with Zendesk, FreshService, and Jira Service Management </li><li>Experience with administering ServiceNow in a GCC environment. </li><li>Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting </li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies </li><li>Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements (FedRAMP experience is a bonus) </li><li>Experience with UI Builder development and managing Configurable Workspaces. </li></ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Benefits Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
