This role sits at the center of cybersecurity service delivery, ensuring that enterprise and mid-market customers receive high-quality managed security services that meet and exceed expectations. You will act as the primary operational and strategic liaison for assigned customer accounts, overseeing the execution of cyber defense services and ensuring alignment between technical delivery, customer needs, and business outcomes. The position combines operational leadership, client relationship management, and financial oversight within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You will work closely with technical teams to remove delivery barriers, improve service maturity, and optimize performance. This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive communication and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. It is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cybersecurity operations, customer success, and strategic service management.


Accountabilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed cybersecurity services across assigned customer accounts within a Cyber Fusion Center environment
  • Prioritize and allocate internal resources to ensure effective execution of contractual obligations and service commitments
  • Act as the primary customer advocate, managing expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and driving CSAT performance
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive-level stakeholders across strategic accounts
  • Resolve complex service issues with significant business impact and escalate when necessary with clear remediation plans
  • Support operational strategy by leveraging technical and industry insights to guide service improvements and delivery decisions
  • Manage workforce planning, forecasting, and staffing alignment to meet evolving customer and business demands
  • Monitor and manage program financials, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with planned business outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service maturity, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate across internal leadership teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals and initiatives
  • Represent the organization in customer engagements and industry interactions as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security environments, including managed services or professional services delivery
  • 1–2+ years of experience managing service delivery or customer-facing technical programs in a complex IT or security context
  • Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity operations, including threat detection and exposure management
  • Experience with XDR platforms such as Microsoft Defender or SentinelOne strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and program financial oversight
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in coordinating global or cross-functional technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to executive stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and crisis resolution capabilities
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred
