This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager in United States.

This role oversees the post-implementation delivery of software solutions, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their technology investments. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing operational relationships, environment maintenance, risk management, and minor development needs. The position requires close collaboration with clients to optimize business processes, drive adoption, and enhance operational efficiency. You will lead initiatives across demand forecasting, retail planning, and supply chain operations, providing strategic guidance while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and data-driven, with opportunities to make a tangible impact on client outcomes and company growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing software support, minor development, change management, and version upgrades.
  • Ensure operational excellence by overseeing system availability, incident and problem resolution, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Drive customer adoption and optimization of solutions, expanding usage and maximizing value delivered.
  • Lead and support retail and supply chain planning projects, including demand forecasting, assortment planning, analytics, and process development.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and increased sales for clients.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Coordinate environment changes, including disaster recovery, deployment, configuration, and technical updates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management, customer success, supply chain, or consulting roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Technical experience or project management experience in cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and IT change management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and task coordination skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with client stakeholders and independently develop client accounts.
  • Knowledge of ERP, supply chain, and retail planning systems from business and IT perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Experience working with grocery, CPG, or FMCG retailers or suppliers is preferred.
