The Senior Workday Analyst will play a key role in optimizing HR technology systems and enabling scalable people operations within a fast-growing, global organization.
This position focuses on enhancing Workday functionality, improving business processes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across HR teams.
The role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful system improvements.
You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to translate operational needs into effective technology solutions.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Workday Analyst will be responsible for managing, improving, and supporting Workday solutions while ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions and enhance the employee experience.

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Workday business process improvements, system enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Provide functional support across Workday modules, troubleshooting issues and delivering effective solutions to HR and business users.
  • Manage testing activities related to Workday updates, fixes, upgrades, patches, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy through audits, process improvements, documentation, uploads, and system maintenance activities.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into technology solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support end-user adoption by delivering training and promoting best practices across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR technology processes, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build efficient, scalable, and user-focused HR solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong Workday expertise, HR technology experience, and the ability to manage complex projects while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. A combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills is essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS or People Technology platforms, with recent hands-on Workday experience.
  • Experience with Workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, Advanced Compensation, and/or Security preferred.
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and improving HR technology processes.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS methodologies, system configuration, and technology-driven process optimization.
  • Experience supporting HR systems, talent management platforms, or enterprise applications is an asset.
  • Project management experience with a consulting mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to improving user experience, system adoption, and operational efficiency.
