As a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life for our clients.</p><p>In this role, you’ll partner closely with our National Wellbeing and Health Management Practice to deliver high-impact programs that support employee health and organizational outcomes. You’ll blend hands-on program execution with client-facing partnership—serving as both the engine behind seamless delivery and a trusted resource to consultants and account teams.</p><p>If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoy turning strategy into action, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at scale.</p><hr><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><h3><strong>Drive Wellbeing Program Delivery</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end execution of onsite and virtual wellbeing initiatives (health fairs, flu clinics, screenings, campaigns, and more)</li><li>Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client programs simultaneously</li><li>Coordinate vendors, confirm scheduling, and oversee live event execution—including troubleshooting when needed</li><li>Monitor participation and outcomes to ensure programs deliver measurable results</li></ul><h3><strong>Partner with Clients</strong></h3><ul><li>Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients</li><li>Build strong, consultative relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness</li><li>Support consultants and account managers with program insights, recommendations, and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader client wellbeing strategies</li></ul><h3><strong>Manage Projects &amp; Vendors</strong></h3><ul><li>Oversee vendor sourcing, coordination, and performance management</li><li>Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and documentation across initiatives</li><li>Support budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and invoice coordination</li></ul><h3><strong>Measure Impact</strong></h3><ul><li>Track engagement, outcomes, and key metrics across programs</li><li>Contribute to client reporting and presentations that demonstrate value and ROI</li><li>Maintain accurate records of activities, milestones, and performance data</li></ul><h3><strong>Contribute to a Growing Practice</strong></h3><ul><li>Collaborate across teams to support integrated client strategies</li><li>Help improve processes, tools, and scalable ways of working</li><li>Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members</li><li>Stay current on wellbeing trends, compliance considerations, and industry best practices</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li>3–5+ years of experience in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or client/account management</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate complex programs or events from start to finish</li><li>Excellent communication skills—written and verbal</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and accountability</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Key Strengths for Success</strong></h2><ul><li>Relationship-building and client service mindset</li><li>Strong organizational and project management capabilities</li><li>Vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Data tracking, reporting, and insight generation</li><li>Adaptability, ownership, and a proactive approach</li></ul></div><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">COMPENSATION:&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(53, 152, 219);">The national average salary for this role is <span style="color: rgb(45, 194, 107);">$65,000.00 - $80,000.00</span> in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
