This leader shapes the user experience, drives measurable growth, and oversees an ongoing cycle of experimentation that drives new signups, new users, new accounts, and revenue. This person brings a mix of analytical sharpness, creative curiosity, and the leadership presence required to influence C-suite executives.You will report to the Vice President, Growth Marketing. <h3>What You’ll Be Doing:</h3>Website Strategy and Roadmap<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Develop a clear website roadmap that advances Fictiv's business goals</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Prioritize work based on impact and partner closely with content, creative, SEO, and growth teams</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Lead the push toward a modern, highly converting site experience</li></ul>User Experience and Performance Optimization<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Champion user-centered UX decisions informed by data, customer insights, and strong experimentation discipline</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Drive continuous improvement across navigation, page structure, conversion paths, and overall site quality to enhance user experience</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Establish and enforce UX, accessibility, and performance standards to ensure the site scales without sacrificing quality</li></ul>Experimentation and Growth<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Use analytics tools every day to identify opportunities, size impact, and run A/B test experiments that improve conversion rates and signup quality</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bring a creative mindset that goes beyond standard testing and explores bold experiments</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Own website measurement frameworks, funnel definitions, and attribution alignment in partnership with Growth and RevOps to ensure decisions are based on trusted data</li></ul>SEO and AIO<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Partner with the SEO manager and broader content team to grow organic reach and authority</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Optimize website content and structure for AI consumption, improve search visibility, and data quality</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Lead the evolution of the website for AI-driven discovery, including structured data, content accessibility for LLMs, and emerging AI search behaviors</li></ul>Cross-Functional Leadership<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Own relationships with internal teams, including creative, content, lifecycle, product marketing, and paid media</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Communicate roadmap decisions clearly and present strategy and results directly to the senior leadership team</li></ul>Team and Vendor Management<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Manage multiple developers based in India, as well as a US-based SEO manager</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Collaborate with the shared marketing project manager to maintain a clear, prioritized development queue</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Understand enough about coding and web development to estimate timelines and scope</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Travel: 0-10%All employees are expected to maintain and contribute to the QMS</li></ul> Desired Traits:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Senior-level experience owning the strategy and performance of a large-scale marketing website</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong command of analytics tools and an instinct for data-driven decision-making</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing international development resources</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Deep understanding of UX principles and growth tactics that improve acquisition and conversion</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong familiarity with standard marketing technology systems, including CMS platforms, testing tools, analytics environments, tag managers, CRM systems, and automation platforms</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Proven success driving SEO and AIO improvements</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Excellent communication skills and the ability to present
