Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable VPS and hosting infrastructure supporting high-traffic production environments. You will develop automation and orchestration tools using Python, Bash, and related scripting technologies to improve provisioning, monitoring, and system efficiency. You will contribute to the evolution of AI-driven operations, including anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and self-healing systems. You will enhance and optimize hosting environments across WordPress, shared, VPS, and container-based architectures, ensuring performance and reliability at scale. You will collaborate on infrastructure improvements, CI/CD integration, and the development of intelligent systems that reduce manual intervention and increase platform resilience.

Design and maintain scalable VPS, shared, and dedicated hosting infrastructure
Build automation and orchestration tools using Python, Bash, and similar technologies
Develop and support AI-enhanced operations including predictive monitoring and anomaly detection
Improve performance across WordPress hosting stacks (PHP-FPM, MySQL, caching layers, wp-cron optimization)
Implement self-healing, auto-scaling, and intelligent remediation systems
Support Kubernetes and containerized environments in production systems
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure reliability improvements
Explore and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and stability

Requirements:
You bring 5–8+ years of experience in hosting, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or similar roles, with strong expertise in Linux-based environments and virtualization technologies. You have solid scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or equivalent languages, and experience working with cloud platforms, containers, and modern CI/CD workflows. You understand networking fundamentals, system performance optimization, and reliability engineering in large-scale production systems. You are comfortable operating in high-availability environments and are familiar with WordPress hosting architecture. A strong interest in AI/ML-driven infrastructure, automation, and next-generation operations is highly valued, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

5–8+ years in infrastructure, hosting, or systems engineering roles
Strong expertise in Linux, VPS environments, and virtualization
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of networking and performance optimization
Experience in high-scale, production-critical environments
Familiarity with WordPress hosting stacks and optimization techniques
Exposure to AI/ML ops, AIOps, or predictive monitoring systems is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
