This role will shape how we deliver client value through AI-native ways of working, modern platforms, and next-generation digital experiences.</div><div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text operating models, including agents, AI-assisted workflows, and spec-driven development practices.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Define and grow emerging capabilities, business.</li></ul></div> <h3>Must have qualifications</h3>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: <div><ul><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">15+ years of experience leading digital, technology, commerce, experience, or consulting organizations at scale.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proven executive leadership experience building and managing multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, consulting, business analysis, and delivery functions.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Demonstrated success defining strategy, leading organizational transformation, and driving measurable business outcomes.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong understanding of modern digital architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise technology ecosystems, and platform-based delivery models.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience leading complex digital experience, commerce, or customer transformation initiatives.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Deep
