Senior Visualization Developer

This role provides a unique opportunity to transform complex healthcare, customer experience, and operational data into actionable insights through intuitive and visually compelling dashboards. As a Senior Visualization Developer, you will design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards that enable leaders and teams to make informed, data-driven decisions quickly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business questions into clear visual narratives while ensuring usability, adoption, and data accuracy. This is a hands-on position requiring expertise in visualization tools and data storytelling, with a focus on improving performance across customer journeys and operations. The role is remote, with occasional on-site training, offering a collaborative and innovative environment where your work directly influences business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual products to support customer experience, product performance, and operational decision-making
Translate business questions and requirements into visual structures, defining appropriate metrics, comparisons, and drill paths
Develop dashboards for executive, strategic, and operational use, ensuring clarity, interactivity, accessibility, and usability
Collaborate with BI engineers and data teams to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate, performant dashboards
Support visualization standards, documentation, and ongoing improvements based on stakeholder feedback and usage analytics
Enable data-driven decision-making by delivering insights that surface trends, drivers, and trade-offs efficiently

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3–6+ years of hands-on experience creating dashboards with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of data visualization principles, dashboard UX, and storytelling with data
Experience translating complex datasets into clear, actionable visual narratives
Working proficiency with DAX, Power Query, SQL, or equivalent data transformation tools
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, CX metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT), or operational analytics preferred
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment
