The Job

The Senior Video & Media Producer leads the creation of compelling multimedia content that drives engagement, supports brand growth, and elevates our global presence across brands. This role blends storytelling, production expertise, and creative strategy to bring our products, customers, and people to life across video, audio, and static mediums. The role will manage the end-to-end production process—developing original content for web, social, digital advertising (including CTV), radio, and experiential formats.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the video content strategy.

  • Plan, capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for use across digital campaigns, social media, YouTube, website, and radio.

  • Direct and oversee a network of contractors, agencies and production companies developing video content.

  • Manage all phases of production: pre-production (storyboarding, shot lists, casting, location scouting, scheduling), production (on-site directing, capturing footage), and post-production (editing, sound mixing, color grading).

  • Source in-region shooting locations, including studio space, photographers, videographers and editors to support global production.

  • Work with on-camera talent and staff to ensure messages are delivered in a professional, authentic manner.

  • Establish and manage a library of B-roll and photography.

  • Maintain alignment with brand identity across tone, style, and visual standards.

  • Contribute to creative strategy, offering input on video formats, placements, and brand development.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and may be modified at the discretion of Simpro Group.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-7 years of video production experience in multiple B2B SaaS marketing organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field required.

  • Strong portfolio of brand campaign and storytelling work.

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Experience in leading video strategy for brand support and development, including social media.

  • Experience in briefing and managing external vendors.

  • Fluent in graphic design to support storytelling.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working on-location directly with high-value customers.

  • Audio production including directing and editing.

  • Basic animation skills.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously, with moderate direction.

  • Strong collaboration skills with a bias toward action and flexibility.

  • Accountability for own work and desire to provide input and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A robust network of global production vendors and freelance creatives

  • Familiarity with field service or trades industries

  • Working knowledge of paid media formats, including video for LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and display

  • Experience with content performance analysis and tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, or social video platforms

  • Enthusiasm for capturing content in the field (customer sites, trade shows, events).
