Role Overview

As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-retention short-form content that aligns with our brand style and drives engagement at scale. You should have a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver multiple pieces of content per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content with a focus on retention and engagement

• Match and maintain consistent brand identity and visual style

• Deliver multiple high-quality videos daily

• Collaborate with the team and communicate efficiently

• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, kinetic text)

• Experience editing Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Proven ability to create high-retention content

• Strong creative direction and visual taste

• High attention to detail

• Fast communication and turnaround time

• Fluent in English

• Ability to work U.S. time zones
