This executive leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shape strategic pursuits, define market-leading offerings, elevate Valtech's industry presence, and build an identify, qualify, and develop high-value opportunities.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Bring a compelling perspective across brand, creative, data, AI, and technology solutions.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Guide pursuit strategy and support proposal and RFP development activities.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Evaluate pursuit investment decisions and prioritize opportunities with the highest strategic value and growth potential.</li></ul><h3>Pursuit Leadership</h3><ul><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Lead strategic pursuit narratives from opportunity identification through final client presentations.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop compelling solution stories and differentiated value propositions.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with commercial and pricing teams to at industry conferences, executive forums, analyst briefings, and client events.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop original intellectual property, research, and class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strengthen relationships with analysts, strategic partners, and key industry influencers.</li></ul><h3>Practice Leadership</h3><ul><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of strategists across the Americas.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Establish scalable operating models, tools, and ways of working for the strategy practice.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Partner closely with Creative, Data & AI, and Technology leaders to deliver integrated client outcomes.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Define and implement AI-native approaches to research, synthesis, strategic development, pursuit support, and practice operations.</li><li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.</li></ul></div><h3>Must have qualifications</h3>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: <ul><li>Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, business transformation, or a related advisory discipline.</li><li>Proven success advising CMOs, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders on business growth and transformation initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with CIOs and technology leaders on the relationship between technology investments and business outcomes.</li><li>Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation.</li><li>Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary pursuits from qualification through deal closure.</li><li>Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing strategy or advisory teams.</li><li>Experience defining operating models, methodologies, and business practices for growing consulting organizations.</li><li>Proven ability to establish and scale AI-enabled or AI-native approaches within strategy and consulting environments.</li><li>Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders across multiple functions</li></ul><h3>Nice to have qualifications  </h3><ul><li>External market presence through speaking engagements, published thought leadership, analyst engagement, or industry participation. </li><li>Experience working across brand, marketing, data, and technology transformation initiatives. </li><li>Established relationships with strategic alliance or technology partners. </li><li>Experience supporting global clients and
