As Senior Vice President of Operations, you will lead operational performance and guest experience across a fast-growing portfolio of hospitality properties. This executive role combines strategy, people leadership, and hands-on property management to drive consistent operational excellence and profitability. You will oversee regional operations and centralized systems, leveraging technology, AI, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency, elevate guest satisfaction, and optimize revenue. The role requires frequent on-site engagement, strong decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable success and high-performing operations across multiple regions.

Accountabilities

·         Drive operational performance across the property portfolio, ensuring top-tier guest experience, quality, and profitability.

·         Lead regional operations teams, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing talent while fostering accountability and performance culture.

·         Oversee centralized operational functions, including housekeeping, maintenance coordination, customer service systems, and People Ops.

·         Implement and optimize AI-driven and technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency and operational outcomes.

·         Develop and execute property-level business plans, monitor KPIs, and identify systemic or local issues using data insights.

·         Conduct on-site visits to assess property performance, guest experience, and operational execution.

·         Partner with executive leadership to shape strategy, align regions, and scale operational best practices.

Requirements

·         15+ years in hotel or hospitality operations, with deep multi-property and multi-region leadership experience.

·         Proven track record of P&L ownership and improving bottom-line results across large portfolios.

·         Expertise in building, managing, and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on talent retention and accountability.

·         Experience implementing centralized operations programs and operational technology at scale.

·         Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to distinguish systemic versus local issues.

·         Hands-on mindset with a balance of operational instincts, technology adoption, and strategic thinking.

·         Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; able to influence across teams and executive leadership.

·         Guest-obsessed, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for combining efficiency, design, and service excellence.
