This executive leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the overall marketing strategy across a diverse software portfolio, ensuring marketing directly contributes to revenue growth, pipeline generation, and customer retention.
You will operate at the intersection of brand, demand generation, product marketing, and customer lifecycle, building a high-performance marketing engine that supports both B2B and B2C segments.
The role requires close partnership with sales, GTM, and paid media leadership to ensure strong alignment between campaign execution, creative output, and commercial goals.
You will oversee the full marketing ecosystem including content, digital acquisition, eCommerce support, partner marketing, and corporate communications.
A strong emphasis is placed on building scalable marketing infrastructure, improving conversion performance, and enabling channel success through high-quality assets and programs.
This is a highly visible executive position within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where accountability to revenue outcomes is critical.
Accountabilities:- Define and lead the global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and customer lifecycle functions
- Ensure marketing is directly tied to revenue outcomes including pipeline, bookings, retention, upsell, and cross-sell performance
- Build and scale marketing infrastructure including campaigns, landing pages, messaging, sales enablement, and conversion assets
- Partner closely with paid media and GTM teams to support eCommerce and digital acquisition initiatives through high-quality creative output
- Develop and execute channel, partner, and field marketing programs to support enterprise and distribution growth
- Own customer lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, renewal, expansion, and reactivation initiatives
- Lead content and SEO strategy focused on commercial intent and buyer journey optimization
- Oversee creative production and brand standards across all marketing and communication assets
- Manage corporate communications, including PR, executive visibility, and crisis communications
- Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed, multi-functional global marketing organization
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years at VP or SVP level managing multi-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial impact through marketing (pipeline, revenue, retention) rather than only brand metrics
- Strong experience in channel, partner, and field marketing within a software or technology environment
- Expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, including retention, upsell, and subscription-based growth strategies
- Strong background in content strategy and SEO with a focus on commercial performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams and enforce high-quality standards across campaigns and brand assets
- Experience collaborating with paid media, GTM, and eCommerce teams in performance-driven environments
- Background across B2B SaaS and/or B2C software environments preferred, with ability to operate across both
- Strong executive leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing marketing teams in distributed organizations
- Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments is a strong plus
