Senior UX Designer

This role offers the chance to lead the design of innovative, engaging digital experiences across a rapidly growing suite of mobile products. You will own the end-to-end UX and UI process for one or more product verticals, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. You will help define and evolve the design system, conduct research to inform decision-making, and ensure accessibility and performance across all designs. Your work will directly impact user engagement, conversion, and retention in a fast-paced, playful, and collaborative environment. Success in this role amplifies both product quality and the capabilities of the design team.

Accountabilities:

Lead UX and UI design for one or more mobile product teams, from concept through launch and iteration
Translate product vision and user insights into elegant, functional, and engaging user interfaces
Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity mockups with strong attention to detail
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible, optimized, and aligned with goals
Advocate for users and contribute to product strategy through user-centered design thinking
Mentor junior designers, share best practices, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture
Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance considerations are integrated into all design outputs

Requirements:

5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for mobile platforms
Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns, user behavior, and iOS/Android best practices
Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools for design, prototyping, and collaboration
Experience in social, gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes products preferred
Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user empathy in design decisions
Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred
