Senior UX Designer

This role is a remote position working EST hours.

As a Senior UX Designer within the Parrot division, you will focus on designing intuitive, intelligent features that simplify how financial advisors run meetings, capture insights, and manage follow-ups, all while reducing time and complexity.

This role is embedded within a dedicated scrum team where you will work side by side with engineers, product managers, and QA to bring AI-powered features to life. Your primary focus will be enhancing our AI meeting note-taker, used by advisors to improve productivity and capture more value from every conversation. This position is tightly scoped, allowing you to go deep, move fast, and own your work from start to finish.

Here’s What You’ll Do:   

• Design user experiences for our AI-powered meeting note-taker, making it seamless for advisors to transcribe, summarize, and follow up on virtual meetings.
• Own the design process from concept through delivery, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and collaboration on implementation.
• Collaborate directly with your scrum team including engineers, product managers, and QA to ship user-centered features quickly and effectively.
• Simplify complex workflows by identifying pain points and rethinking how AI can reduce repetitive tasks and enhance productivity for financial advisors.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve usability, performance, and value with a focus on saving advisors time.
• Design with intelligence and intention, applying AI design patterns thoughtfully such as fallback behaviors, explainability, and human-in-the-loop collaboration.
• Help build and maintain a scalable design library by contributing reusable components, patterns, and documentation that support consistency and efficiency across your team’s workflows. 

What You Bring to the Table:   

• 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience, ideally for complex SaaS applications in workflow-heavy environments.
• Experience working on AI-driven features or tools involving voice, meeting content, or intelligent automation.
• Deep fluency with Figma and confidence in turning ambiguous ideas into clear, user-friendly designs.
• Experience operating within agile scrum teams, and strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers.
• A user-first mindset, with the ability to balance simplicity, clarity, and technical constraints in your design solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain your design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $ 151,000-172,000
