Senior UX Designer

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead discovery, framing, and validation for key product areas. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to shape problem statements, run lean research, translate insights into flows and prototypes, and instrument learning loops. You’ll still deliver solid UI-level wires and prototypes—but your center of gravity is research, IA, and interaction design.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and run discovery: stakeholder interviews, customer calls, and quick field/user sessions to understand goals, constraints, and workflows.
• Map journeys, define information architecture, and design flows/wireframes that simplify complex tasks.
• Build mid/high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to test critical paths and edge cases early.
• Drive usability testing (moderated/unmoderated) and synthesize findings into clear decisions and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with PMs on hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment plans; partner with engineers on feasibility and scope.
• Instrument product analytics with Amplitude/GA (events, funnels) and use data to iterate and de-risk bets.
• Contribute to the design system from a patterns/IA perspective to keep experiences cohesive across modules.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in UX for complex SaaS / B2B products, with a portfolio showing process and measurable impact.
• Strong applied research skills (interviews, task analysis, usability tests) and the ability to turn insight into interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma for flows, wires, and interactive prototypes.
• Comfort with product analytics (e.g., Amplitude) to evaluate and iterate on solutions.
• Excellent facilitation and communication across PM, Eng, CS, and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience facilitating co-creation workshops and prioritization sessions.
• Fluency in IA, interaction patterns, and content structure for clarity and findability.
