This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior ThoughtSpot Engineer in the United States.

As a Senior ThoughtSpot Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing cutting-edge analytics solutions for diverse clients. You will bridge technical expertise and business insight, designing scalable, flexible ThoughtSpot implementations while advising on broader data and cloud strategies. This role offers exposure to multiple industries and the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to innovative analytics programs. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your technical acumen and client engagement skills directly influence successful outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Lead workshops and requirements sessions to capture business objectives and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Design, architect, and implement ThoughtSpot solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with client goals.
  • Advise clients on best practices for data modeling, cloud integration, and analytics adoption.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster adoption of technical best practices, including CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to recommend optimal technical solutions and guide architecture decisions across programs.
  • Stay current with emerging data technologies, analytics platforms, and AI trends to continuously enhance client offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering ThoughtSpot solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • ThoughtSpot certifications (Professional, Cloud Architect, Administrator, or similar) highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Synapse.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills, capable of bridging technical and business discussions.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-changing environments and works effectively independently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
