This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer in the United States.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced software solutions that impact healthcare outcomes. You will design, build, and maintain automated test suites across multiple services and applications, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. This position involves testing new features, verifying releases, writing bug reports, and contributing to the evolution of testing processes from the ground up. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards while helping scale software solutions that empower end users and improve clinical workflows. The role is dynamic, collaborative, and offers the opportunity to contribute to critical systems at a pivotal stage of growth.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Develop, design, and maintain automated test suites for multiple software services and applications.
  • Perform functionality testing, validate feature implementations, and log bugs for new releases.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Participate in test automation activities across various teams, providing input on testing strategies and practices.
  • Support the creation of testing documentation and contribute to best practices in test automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing, providing clear feedback to development teams.
  • Requirements:
  • 6+ years of software programming experience, including TypeScript and Python; experience with object-oriented languages (C#, Java, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in writing unit tests and performing API testing (C#, ASP.NET, Core Minimal API, FastAPI, GraphQL, Postman).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and CircleCI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Preferred experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
  • Healthcare or medical software experience, ideally within a startup environment, is a plus.
