Senior Technical Writer

You will play a critical role in enhancing both customer experience and internal collaboration by producing high-quality content for enterprise software products. Working in a remote and cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and support teams to ensure accuracy and usability. Accountabilities:

Create, maintain, and organize user-facing and internal documentation, including user guides, release notes, and process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and validate content accuracy.
Manage documentation projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Utilize a Component Content Management System (CCMS) to ensure content consistency, reuse, and scalability.
Advocate for end users by producing clear, intuitive, and workflow-aligned documentation.
Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, and analysis processes.
Analyze user feedback and data to identify content gaps and continuously improve documentation.
Contribute to documentation standards, processes, and best practices across teams.

Requirements:

5–7+ years of experience in technical writing for enterprise-level software applications.
Proven ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with topic-based authoring tools such as CCMS platforms (e.g., MadCap Flare, ClickHelp).
Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with remote work environments and distributed teams.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance documentation workflows and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub is a plus.
Experience with API documentation or complex enterprise systems is an advantage.
