We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead the development of Semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) for our key programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing communications across diverse teams, and driving innovation in analog and digital design flows. Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of Intellectual Property (IP) for key programs, ensuring successful execution against established commitments. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator, managing all external and internal communications across cross-functional teams, spanning geographical and organizational boundaries. 
  • Possess a strong technical understanding of analog and digital design flows, methodologies, IC manufacturing processes, and process technologies. 
  • Plan and direct schedules, identify and escalate issues, drive problem resolution, and manage risks effectively. 
  • Oversee the porting of various IPs to different process technology nodes. 
  • Continuously monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, recognize and mitigate risks, and proactively develop contingency plans. 
  • Strong background and track record in project management. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) required or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • PMP certification preferred. 
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) preferred. 

The US compensation range for this position is $153,288 - $172,200. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.


Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
