<p>Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a critical role at Marqeta in leading large-scale initiatives across our product and technology organizations. TPMs structure and oversee programs from inception to launch and ongoing delivery, ensuring better workflows and more effective communication. As a <strong>Senior Technical Program Manager </strong>in this division, you are responsible for driving and reporting on a portfolio of transformational programs delivering outcomes that modernize and uplift all of Marqeta’s online services. You will drive and own process, data, and technology transformations across agile engineering functions and collaborate/partner with other organizations within Marqeta.
