As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that span engineering, product, operations, finance, marketing, and customer systems. You will manage complex programs from inception to delivery, driving alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring scalable, efficient solutions. This role requires a balance of technical depth and business acumen, with accountability for system integrations, process optimization, and risk mitigation. - Accountabilities:
- Lead large, cross-functional programs across business systems, engineering, product, operations, finance, marketing, and analytics to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage program execution, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear technical and system requirements that enable scalable solutions.
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment across competing priorities.
- Partner with teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Apply technical acumen to assess architecture, data flows, and integration impacts, mitigating risks in collaboration with engineering.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders to drive accountability and commitment.
- Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
- Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integrations with ability to flag and manage technical risks.
- Experience in roadmap planning, initiative scoping, requirements definition, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivery excellence.
