Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives.
Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and actionable execution plans.
Monitor program performance, identify blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes across stakeholders with varying levels of technical depth.
Improve program management processes, frameworks, and tooling to enhance operational efficiency and execution consistency.
Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
Champion best practices in software delivery, agile execution, and scalable system design.

Requirements:

This role requires extensive experience in technical program or project management within complex engineering environments, along with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles. Candidates should bring a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in technical program management, engineering management, or related roles in technology-driven organizations.
Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and engineering workflows.
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple dependencies.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact and vice versa.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex technical environments.
